1. We had a Smelly room2. I had a Smelly towel and ask them to change it but no action taken from them.3. No pool towel provided.4. Bathroom should has a string to hang a wet cloth.5. Old furniture and bathroom .
Good location
Low quality of bed and pillows. They did not make up the room and replenish the mineral water bottles and toilet rolls. Blower of the air conditioning is noisy. During checkout, the reception claimed we consumed the items from the fridge but we didn’t even realize there was a fridge in the room.
Very friendly and helpful staff. I am a blind person. I request to serve the breakfast directly to the room and they can manage it due to my condition.

The bathroom is dirty, house keeping is late. Facilities is looking old, maybe need some renovations.
We checked in late around 10pm. Despite one flaw of not getting towels immediately after we checked in, we enjoyed our stay.
Housekeeping needs improvement - as we entered the room, we found out towels were not provided. We requested them twice via call and my son had to go down and asked at the counter. The staff responded it might take an hour. Eventually we got our towels in the morning after 9 hours we checked in.
Property is good but my room aircond not cool
